• From our contact form: your name, business name, trade, mobile number, best time to call, and whether it's OK to text you.
• From our booking page (run by Cal.com): the details you enter when you book a call.
• From the demo line: a recording and transcript of your call, and the number you called from.
• From calls to our clients' receptionists: a recording and transcript of the call, the number you called from, and the details you give, like your name, address, and what you need.
• From the client portal: our clients' login emails and how they use the portal.
• From our website host: basic technical logs, like browser type and IP address.

Every call to our demo line is recorded and transcribed. We use recordings to follow up with you and to improve the demo.

When you call a business that uses a Dispatch Media receptionist, it tells you the call may be recorded. The call is recorded and transcribed so that business can call you back and help you. The business can listen to the recording and read the transcript in its client portal, and each business sees only its own calls. Calls are also checked automatically by our AI quality review, so we can make sure the receptionist handled them well.

We use it to answer your request, call you back, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.

We only text you if you check the box on our form. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help, and message and data rates may apply.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.

Only the service providers that run our website, contact form, booking calendar, phone line, client portal, AI quality review, and email, and only so they can do that work. Calls to a business's receptionist are shared with that business. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The client portal uses a cookie only to keep you logged in. Our booking page is run by Cal.com, which has its own policy.
